The strength is dependant on how much water is used & the amount drawn into the syringe.
Example:
2.5ml of water mixed into the vial will result in the below -
Each 0.5ml on the insulin syringe will give a strength of 2mg
Each 0.25ml on the insulin syringe will give a strengh of 1mg
Each 0.125ml on the insulin syringe will give a strength of 0.5mg
